Early Stats

Every hitter with 50 at bats or more has at least three rbi and three runs.
Except Lewis Brinson.
Brinson has just one rbi and a torturous .140 batting average.
An average his owners would be willing to put up with, were he to steal a few bases.
Brinson has zero stolen bases.

The media and fans are all over Giancarlo Stanton and his 23 strike outs in 51 at bats.
BFD!
Look at these...
Miguel Sano has struck 20 times in just 36 at bats. Almost 60 percent of his at bats!
Yoan Moncada has k's in 45 at bats. A top of the order misser....
Another top of the order hitter or misser is Ian Happ. MisHapp or Miss Happ has struck out 18 times in 33 at bats.
The pitchers have had it there way with the cold weather.
When these fellas get some warmer air, strikeouts won't be the concern.

Joey Votto does not have an extra base hit....
And only two walks...TWO!

Alex Avila's roto line this year...095/0/0/1/0

When Anthony Rizzo comes back from the DL, he'll try to improve on his .107 batting average...

Miguel Rojas leads Trea Turner in four of five roto categories....

In two days, Javier Baez went from a nobody to fourth in baseball in home runs....

An indictment on the poor Astros middle of the lineup...
Alex Bregman has 12 hits, 10 walks....and has scored just four runs

Buster Posey is hitting a sizzling .389, has 14 hits, and four extra base hits including two homers...
Fracisco Cervelli is batting just .229 on only eight hits...
So, it figures that Cervelli has eight rbi, only six for Posey...

Posey is Goldschmidting baseball though with two stolen bases...
That's as many as Mike Trout....
And Chase Utley....

Posey leads the National League in hitting...
Fellow Catcher Yasmani Grandal, second....

Jonathon Villar is hitting (.310)
Jonathon Villar is running (2 stolen bases)
But Jonathon Villar is not scoring (one run scored)

Marcell Ozuna has 52 at bats.....Zero Walks
Incredibly, he has not seen a 3-0 or 3-1 count this year...

Whit Merrifield has one rbi...
That's one more than Jose Peraza and Jackie Bradley Jr...
As a Merrifield owner, that does not make me feel any better....
On my tombstone-
Wait! I never had the perfect draft!
