Off topic question

Post by ToddZ » Sun Jun 10, 2012 7:58 pm

Pardon the intrusion, but I don't know anywhere else on the Internet to ask this question.

Do pants and shorts for skinny guys come with the extra button in a tiny plastic bag or do clothes manufacturers only assume that fat guys like me expand our waistlines during the life expectancy of the pants/shorts such that we pop the button off and have to sew a new one on? Because, well, you know, we're going to start to lose weight and refuse to spend money on a bigger pair of pants we're only going to wear for a couple of weeks.

I don't know, Todd.
I've never worn anything but jeans, t-shirts, and Converse Chuck Taylor's since starting high school.
I've never owned slacks, dress shoes, or a tie.
Comfort is king.

One of the things I looked forward to in coming to drafts in Vegas was to compare my Chuck's with Lawr Michaels to see who had the better color. But Lawr had to hang up his Chuck's since they contributed to his back ailments.
On my tombstone-
Wait! I never had the perfect draft!

Two things....

1. I don't think Lawr has ever popped a button off his pants
2. He may have had to hang up his Chuck's, but he still dons colorful footwear

I'm not exactly an Armani guy either, but have on occasion had to break out the business casual attire.
