Hey.. was wondering why Logan Morrison has both OF and 1b eligibility. i thought that players brought up from AAA would gain the position that they played most often?

reports from rotowire say that morrison started playing left field in AAA on June 6th. previous to that was 1b.

i have no problem with him being a !b. i have no problem with him being an OF. but i do think that its wrong for him to be listed as both. are there precedents for this?

just a concerned player.....thanks.

morrison should only be listed as 1B. there appears to be a fundamental problem in how minor leaguers are added to the NFBC free agent pool. if the logic was programmed correctly, there is no way morrison would have OF eligibility. and, he is not the first (and i'm sure not the last) to be listed incorrectly.

i (and others) wish the rules of the contest were enforced without having PLAYERS alert the commish office to wrongdoings. if it can't be programmed, don't have it in the rules. pretty simple. otherwise, it's frustrating as hell.

Any chance the Commish Office can indicate if they determined WHY his eligibility was wrong?

Assuming if the WHY was found, will this be FIXED moving forward for all other players?

Thank you.
