Who will have better stats by year's end? The consensus 1st round pick or the 3rd round pick?

bustouts predicted at beginning of season that Ellsbury would post numbers predicted for Crawford. That possibility wasn't even on my radar screen. Kudos for David.

Thanks Jim..........It's nice to be right every now and then but there's a long way to go.

Joe Maddon said that Ellsbury could be a 20 - Plus Home run guy last spring and believes greatly in his ability beyond speed.

Like a lot of people I love watching Jacoby play. He can flat out fly and you simply never know what he is going to do at the plate. I already had him in a local keeper league the last 3 years, but this year I was able to get him in the 4th round of the 1000 SLOW and KJ's Keeper League. When he started off slow, I have to admit I was a little bit worried, but the last 2 and a half weeks he looks to be totally back to normal.

SInce most of my 5 teams have been terrible up to this point, he is one of my FEW bright spots

If I had to make a prediction on where he will end the year stat wise I would say this....

.291 AVE 14 HR 74 RBI 122 R 61 SB

I had the 5th pick and reached a little early for Braun (over Crawford) and also reached early in the 3rd round for Jacoby (this was week 1 main event draft). So far so good with those two but Braun did get get dinged up today, dammit!
