Is this further proof that a strong spring sometimes means very little?

I feel for the Rios and Kearns owners not getting in on any of the fun. Still have the 9th I guess

I never owned Carmona before this year, picked him as the next to last player taken in one of my leagues. An afterthought really, a player to watch and if he puts together a good stretch you give him some consideration. In this short week though I thought: 'What the hell, how bad could he be'? If it weren't for the strikeouts, that really would have been a disaster

i own carmona. a risk every time he takes the bump.

but i haven't heard any bashing of ubaldo or lester getting knocked around (one combined strikeout??).

i know it wasn't to the same extent. but you (me) drafted carmona with a 20 something round pick. not your ace.
