How To Use Your TBD Entry

For the first time we are providing TBD entries on Registration for contests you want to sign up for but don't know the date or even the option (i.e. 2-hour or 4-hour) that you want when you register. This allows you to purchase your entry now and use it when you want without having to lock in a specific day and/or time. This is especially valuable for our package offers. You can take advantage of the cash discounts now and have your entry secured and use it when you want to draft.

Sound good? We think so. :) Many thanks to our programmers for providing this great feature.

To use it all you need to do is go to your My Teams page and select Team Settings for the entry you want to use. That will take you to a page where you can then make your selection in terms of the draft you want. Real easy to use. If you have any questions about this just let us know.

Yes it’s easy for us to turn that paid entry into an entry for that format.

How do I use my 2nd entry in the 3 DC package to join a league without paying an additional $150?

Just select the DC option you want Mike using the steps provided. It should transfer. If not let us know.

Not sure I did it right. I think I now have a 4th DC team.

Yeah you signed up for a new entry. If you have TBD entries on your My Teams page go to one and delete it. The money will go back on your account.

I see no ‘delete’ option on mobile.

Mike, my mistake. Customers cannot yet delete their entries, only move them as I outlined in the first post in this thread. Deleting entries is something only we can do so I deleted one of your $150 DC entries and the money is back on your account. You had already used the entry that received the discount so you're all set.
