If you haven't requested a check yet and had over $5,000 in winnings and want a Direct Deposit for your winnings, shoot me an email at [email protected]. We have a way to manually give you access to this delivery. Thanks and congrats.
Greg,
I emailed you regarding direct deposit. Requested a check yesterday but since it hasn’t been a business day yet, I’ll do direct deposit if not too late. No biggie either way.

I'm not seeing the bonus offers - where do I find them?
They pop up right when you Claim Your Prize. Do that and you'll see them.
I guess I missed that. Left $1000 in my account and signed up for two teams today. No $25 bonus. Oh well. No big deal. Easy come, easy go.

If you left money on account and qualify for a bonus but did not select the bonus option use this link and you should be able to get the bonus added to your account.

Thanks. Didn't work, though, cause I just spent $500 of it. No worries. Live and learn.

Yeah the money still needs to be on account to get the bonus.

Last month, I left $10,000 in my account and received the $250 bonus.
A few minutes ago, I signed up for a 3 pack of TBD Draft Champion leagues.

The $425 charge was taken out of my $10,000, and my $250 bonus is still showing. How do I actually use the $250 bonus cash?

Let me ask Support about that Mark

Editing to add - once you spend the entire amount you left on account the bonus money will then be used.

The money is taken from your account first since that's why you left it on the account. Once you have used that money the $250 will be available to be used on any of the SportsHub game sites. It's set up so that the original deposit is used as planned and not so you could keep it there to get the bonus and then request a check for $10,250. But it will be available to you soon.
