Gaetan Lavoie Leads Cutline Heading Into Championships

The regular season in the NFBC Cutline Championship is over and it's time to get into the survivor-style playoffs where surviving each cutline is the way to win big money. Gaetan Lavoie had the most points through the regular season and will have at least a 5 point lead over every other team heading into the Championship Round. The Top 20 teams after Round 2 will compete for the $50,000 grand prize in Round 3.

The Top 2 teams in every Cutline league now advances to the Championship Round, while the third through fifth place teams are in the Wild Card. This week counts as one of the weeks in the Round 1 three-week playoff round. Another three-week playoff follows in Round 2 and the Top 20 teams advance to the Championship Round in September. Best of luck to all teams still in contention for the prize money going forward.

Just a reminder that standings become officially final on Thursday at 6 pm ET. No scoring changes after that can affect the regular season standings. Thanks all and good luck.
