Dodger pitchers other than Kershaw

The pitchers seem hard to count on when setting lineups. Other than Kershaw either showing up on 10 day DL or can't seem to get to the 5 inning mark. Every time I look being replaced the inning they hit the 80 pitch mark. Is 80 the new 100?

I seem to remember the Rockies had a 75 pitch limit for their SP one season several years ago.

Didn't work for them but with the Dodger depth and the new 10-day DL maybe they're onto something.
