2007 NFBC Signup List

Post by Greg Ambrosius » Tue Feb 20, 2007 8:02 am

Good news: We now have 11 owners for the AL Auction League in New York as Chris Fargis will join us on Friday, March 16th at the Javits Center for that one. ONE SPOT LEFT FOR THAT LEAGUE and then we'll close out two auction leagues in the Big Apple.

We added another one for the main event in New York as well this morning and are one step closer to a 22nd full league overall. Good stuff everyone.

James Bores of Flemington, New Jersey has grabbed the last spot in the AL Auction League in New York as we now have 12 teams for that league. Good job everyone as we made a strong push to close that league out this week. James is an original member of the NFBC family and he also grabbed a team in the main event, becoming our 329th team for that one. Let's get one more signup and close out our 22nd full league.

31 GUARANTEED SPOTS FOR THE MAIN EVENT!!! Thanks everyone.

Two more signups last night for New York as we now have 115 teams there. We are close to filling up our eighth league in the Big Apple. That leaves us with 24 guaranteed spots left for the main event. Awesome everyone.

Keep 'em coming and contact us if you want one of those last spots. We'll save a seat for you if possible.

We started our 10th league for the main event in Las Vegas today and now have 339 teams overall. I know we have another signup coming today for Las Vegas, so the goal is 10 full leagues there, leaving us with 13 open spots left in Las Vegas before we close that off. Welcome aboard Jeff Posin as you moved us one step closer to our 23rd full league.

We now have exactly 340 teams in the main event with the addition of another new member for Las Vegas. That leaves us with 13 spots for Las Vegas before we close out there as the goal is to have full leagues in every city. We'll see if we can pull it off. Thanks and welcome aboard Jim Nicola and Phil Feldman.

We're glad to welcome back Paul Weber of Richmond Heights, Missouri to the NFBC as he becomes our 51st team owner in Chicago, leaving us with nine open spots there for the big dance. We're now at 341 teams overall with a goal of 360 teams. We have 19 guaranteed spots left for the main event, but with two weeks left we'd still like to close out full leagues in each city. I can't promise that we'll do that as we'll evaluate the situation once we get to 360, but right now we're making a push to do just that.

Okay, now let's get this 23rd league filled up and make a nice push down the stretch run. Thanks everyone!!

Another signup for New York's main event gives us 122 teams there and 350 overall. There's still a lot of interest in New York right now, so I trust we can fill up this ninth league before all is said and done, but don't delay if you plan on getting in as the first 360 teams get in.
