OK then, I will predict here the strategies of this year's participants. Like you said Alan, we'll see in a few days if I'm right or wrong.....

1. KJ Duke ♦ Top 3 spender.
You're off by at least one. ;) Looks like MOY competition will be ridiculous this draft - at least 9, maybe 11 or 12 going MOY route? BIG looks like free money ... I think Fleming already has turned a profit. :o

2. Glenn Lowy ♦ Will challenge Doughy/Roger for least spent.

One thing is for sure is that this will never happen. top 2 spender for sure. will try and make sure Fleming don't out spend him but probably will fail.

I didn't realize Mikey was a Hawks fan, but he's apparently busy right now!

Champ, I will admit discipline is not my strength. However, I've now proven to myself that I can win this league with a spending strategy. Now the challenge becomes winning yet again from an MOY position.

Therefore, I will not spend over $5 on any one player this year.....book it Dano. Ummm, well maybe $6. Then again, once you're willing to spend $6, $7 is not that far a cry from $6. And seriously, when you think about it, $8 is really not that much more. And $9.... Ahhh damnit, time to apply for yet another mortgage on the house. 8-)

Tom will be running draft slots tomorrow ! Then the real plotting can begin.

Someone is about to lose 40% of their season FAAB, and it will be well worth it. :D

PS - We were willing to go up to 50% for trout. If we get him, it will be like when I was a kid and opened my Christmas presents to find Mike Tyson's Punchout

Haven't heard back from Tom on exactly when ... I presume he's too busy shovelling 16 feet of snow from his driveway.

... for an extra 2 bills you can have Miggy and save all that FAAB for June call-ups. I'd spend those Pausma dollars like a sauced Fleming!

We KDS'd 15, 14, 13, etc.
We're looking for the extra $400 of FAAB.
It was written in the rules, but it was implied... :D

In most cases Faab is spent on non impact players or simply used to vastly overbid. In this case you know u are getting the best player for the lowest dollar amount possible. 400 Faab is nothing IMO

Perhaps we need to attack this issue in another direction. Tom, do we need to have Jessica get all Dark Angel on your a**? :D

Maybe senility has set in ... he's updating penny-ante DCs while J Alba and 15 high-roller customers are on hold. :o
