FYI.This is my 3rd DC draft of the young season and by far the best paced and the most entertaining. We have done 16+ rounds in under 3 days. Very happy with this group of drafters.

I think we all go into drafts with these expectations....then reality hits...
But like Bryan said, most drafts have been solid.

We're into Round 19 now, having started on Wednesday. Been great so far. Probably will slow some as we get into the really busy pre-holiday days, but there's been great attentiveness and communication. Good chatter in the draft room, too (wish I had a little more free time to participate more often).

I think most of the time the difference between a great draft and one that is mediocre or poor comes down to one or two bad apples. The folks who rarely pick timely and never communicate not only slow things down considerably on their turns, but cause others to be far less attentive than they otherwise would be. It is tough to hang around a draft room and chat and wait for your turn if no picks are being made for hours on end. So, gradually, folks check in less often, chat less often, and themselves take longer to make picks. There is a definite momentum to some DC drafts. Anyway, there are no bad apples in this draft. I'd happily draft again with anyone in this draft.

Good group and competitive.

Don't tell my wife I responded or that I picked on the way home!

Has the storm in Toronto caught any US attention? I was without power for the last 6 days. Drafting on an iPhone was rough - battery charges at Starbucks helped.
