Keep at them GREG, the quicker you fill the sooner we find out the draft order. Always a treat.

Greg - Nice to be in this NYC Draft league. Thanks for the warm welcome. Spelling my name right was a good sign that you'll get it right on the $100K check too. Cool beans. :D

Best regards,

Pete
OK - So I'm not as good as I thought I was; but at least I am consistent.

Glenn Schroter of Auburndale, NY is our latest entrant in the NFBC as he is all set to draft in New York. His first request was to get in an NFBC mock draft, so expect Glenn to be ready to rock 'n roll come March. Welcome to the growing NFBC family Glenn and best of luck in the contest.

The NFBC is now going international as the latest signup includes a principal partner who resides in Japan. Let's welcome Michael Cohen of Japan and Emmett Ruland of the continental United States. Emmett will be representing the tag team in the Las Vegas NFBC draft, with a helpful recommendation from those Wise Guys. Welcome aboard guys and best of luck in the NFBC.

We're glad to report that New York signups for the NFBC draft are starting to catch up to Las Vegas. Of the five signups yesterday, three more came in for New York. The two latest signups came in last night as Stephen Jupinka of New Jersey will go it alone in New York, while the team of Patrick Tremaglio and Kevin Sullivan of Connecticut will compete at the Javits Center. Best of luck guys and welcome aboard.

Also signing up for the Las Vegas draft is Kevin Rogers, who is flying in for the weekend from Florida and drafting alone. Welcome to the Vegas party, Kevin, and also to the growing NFBC family. Best of luck.

Take that New York! The team of Christopher Stephenson and Andrew Nolan of Massachusetts has just signed up for the NFBC draft in Las Vegas, forsaking the cold in March for the sunshine and casinos of Vegas. Welcome to the NFBC family guys and best of luck in the chase for the $100,000.

They're starting to flood in now. Must be the bad weather outside and the thought of spring training right around the corner. Chris Fleming has signed up for the NFBC in New York as he's set to do the day-night doubleheader, competing in the Auction League on Friday and the draft on Saturday. Best of luck in both of those Chris.

And we welcome another Leaderboard Sports tag team as George Vagelakos and Jake Rie have signed up to draft in the NFBC in New York. They will be wearing the road jerseys for that one. Welcome aboard guys and best of luck as the NFBC family is growing by leaps and bounds.

Greg, Is there any chance that you are ready to post a runnnig total of how many enteries there are in each of the three locations? That might spur some sign-ups if they see the slots filling up and help us members that are already signed up get a better feel when we will get league assignments and draft order positions. Thanks.

I think you'll see somewhere around March 13 as the league draw date. Greg will want to fill any incomplete leagues in each city and will wait as long as possible to do so. Also if the entries were to go over 300 the extra money could be put back into more league money. :D

One reason you'll see a late as possible draw date is to keep 15 friends from signing up at the last minute after leagues are drawn and all get in the same league. Entries will probably close once leagues are drawn.

Yes, Team Herron beat me to the punch, but I'll announce his entry into the NFBC nonetheless. Many of you probably know Jesse Herron of Virginia, who will be drafting in Las Vegas along with his co-manager, Dustin Ashby. Welcome aboard guys and glad you chose us this year to test your skills against the best fantasy baseball players in the country.

We also have had two other signups today. Dohn Terrell Jr. is leaving McGuire Air Force Base in New Jersey in mid-March to compete in the AL Auction League in Las Vegas. Welcome aboard sir and best of luck in that auction.

Carl Lampley of Oklahoma is also taking the trip to Las Vegas to compete in the NFBC, thus becoming the second person from Oklahoma to compete in the NFBC. Carl, you'll be happy to know that Jason Krieger is also flying to Vegas for the NFBC. Go Sooners!!! Best of luck in the NFBC and welcome to our growing family.
