Great Eric! Can't wait.
Dan, once you get to 15 owners email me and I'll sign everyone up. If we fill this before 11 pm my time we can start by 1 pm ET tomorrow. Thanks.
Will do, Greg.

Dan - While I will sit this one out (big drafts right around the corner), this is a GREAT idea Dan. Maybe early next year for me.

Alright, we need just one, maybe two more.
There are a couple of fellas who are deciding on whether they can make this work.
So the next sign up is guaranteed. After that, no guarantees.

I forgot to let everyone know that this league was set up at 4:00 this afternoon, but hopefully you saw the notice already. KDS deadline is tonight and draft spots will be unveiled first thing tomorrow morning. This league will start at 1 pm ET. It's set up as an 8-hour league, but someone remind me to change the clock to 1 hour and I'll do it. Then just email me and Tom each night around 11 pm ET and we'll roll the clock back to 8 hours. Thanks all and enjoy this one.

Love the format. If it's a hit we can always do another!! 8-) Thanks and good luck.

26th round after 36 hours.
Not one drafter has come close to a time out.
I think this is a keeper.

You have a knack for recruiting great drafters, Dan. Wish I could have joined you for this one, but I'm back to work this week and I didn't want to slow things down if I got tied up. Looking forward to drafting with you again next year!

Love this format Dough. In Florida with the fam for spring break this week, but would jump into another if you could squeeze one in b4 the season. If not, definitely next year!

I'm curious...did the teams make much use of the auto 1?
Or was everyone pretty much around each time they came up?

Not just a fast group, but amazingly thorough in their preparation. The remaining talent available in round 45 of this draft was similar to what I saw in round 50 of most of the DC's I've done this year.

This draft has concluded.
It took a little over three days and I don't believe anybody felt rushed.
With a one hour clock, not a soul timed out.

I believe this could be a viable DC Draft for next year. Having a choice of one hour, four hour, and eight hour DC Drafts would better serve to group folks in a draft that would feel more timely and comfortable for each drafter.
Thanks to everybody who joined this draft. It could not have gone smoother.
Thanks again.

Great main event prep too with a tough group.

Wow, three days and change is amazing. Great, great job everyone.

Yeah, obviously it's easy for us to set the clock at 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours, whatever a group wants. And as long as someone like Dan reminds us to turn the clock to 8 hours at night we always do that. It worked like a charm with this group. Again, this are easy to set up for next year, this year or any time a group wants to do this. Thanks again.

Just a great draft and awesome draft experience with a bunch of great guys and tough competition. Hardly needed to facilitate at all...relative to what I usually do that is, i.e. maybe 100 texts as opposed to 500.
