Great picture to go along with the article. Same reporter also saying (via Twitter) that Profar re-injured the same shoulder he was rehabbing. Given all the other maladies this season, Rangers need to re-think their training/medical staff?

First legit top 20 player, out for the season. Never injured before in his career...

Second best player to be done for the season, first hitter.

You're right, Fielder hasn't even looked like a top 200 player. :P

Never injured in his career, he has a neck injury and its because he is fat. Once again, you make absolutely no sense...

Kind of interesting that the two guys Dave Dombrowski dealt away from that ALCS roster this off season both turned out to be injured. Fister looks okay now, but it was not looking good for a bit. Maybe, when Dombrowski is willing to move a guy, you hang up the phone? And when he's willing to move a guy plus $30m, run?

He really has not been a first or second round talent since 2011. The first base position is one of the deepest positions in fantasy. A guy that gets 30/100 like Prince taken in the 1st or 2nd round can easily be replaced by a guy taken 3 or 4 rounds later getting 25/90. I think it's much more prudent to draft a guy in a much more shallow position and get 90% of the production at first 3 or 4 rds later. You could say his 2012 campaign was late first/early 2nd rd material when he hit .313 but it was obvious he was on the decline in 2013.
