Re: The Cutline stats are incorrect this morning

More examples:

Mike Fiers has 13 points for the week and should have 47 points.

Aaron Judge has 10 points for the week and should have 36 points (2 more HR today)

Is anybody even looking at this?

The Cutline stats are incorrect this morning

Although Saturday's stats for the players are listed, they are not counted in the totals for each player. An example is Robert Gsellman has 0 points for the week when after winning yesterday he should have 25 points.

Re: Looking For Feedback On NFBC Cutline Rules

Really like EA Sports suggestion about having some way to be able to make all bids the same amount with just one click of the mouse. With all of the contingency bids needed (especially in the 2nd FAAB event) this would definitely save a lot of time. Also like JohnP's suggestion about improving the F...

Re: Looking For Feedback On NFBC Cutline Rules

If it were up to me, I would eliminate the playoffs from the Cutline and make it a full season long contest. By having about half of the teams eliminated at the All-Star break with approximately 2 1/2 months left in the baseball season, and then, even more teams eliminated in each round of the playo...

Re: 2nd Cutline Contest at the All Star Break

Just as an aside, it would be interesting to see who would sneak into and who would fall out of the top rounds of the draft. Would Aaron Judge, Dallas Keuchel, Eric Thames, or Ryan Zimmerman sneak into the top 2 rounds? How far would Miggy fall with his injury problems so far this season? How about ...

2nd Cutline Contest at the All Star Break

I think there would be a lot of interest in a 2nd Cutline Contest that would begin after the All Star Break. Of course there would be no playoff portion like the Cutline Contest that begins at the start of the season. It would be whoever has the most points from after the All Star break until the en...

2nd Consecutive Sunday Cutline Stats Are Incorrect

C'mon guys. Two Sundays in a row that the Saturday stats are not being included in the Cutline. The Overall Standings are still showing zeros for Batting and Pitching Points as well. We paid our money to enter this contest and expect the system to work correctly. Fix the problem.

CUTLINE NEEDS TO BE RE-RUN

It looks like the CUTLINE did not include yesterday's stats in the POINTS column on the TEAM STATS page. Some of my players got zero points for yesterday and thereby throwing off the Standings, e.g.: Pitchers Starters Pos Points IP H W K BB SV ER Devenski, Chris P 24 0.0 Garrett, Amir P 21 0.0 Kersh...

Jose was one of my favorite players in all of baseball. I respected the courage he displayed when leaving his home country of Cuba and all of the ordeals that he had to go through. I loved the passion he showed whenever he took the mound. A truly exciting player to watch. I pray that he is in a bett...

Re: 2016 AUGUST / SEPTEMBER BASEBALL PARK TOURS

I've never taken a bus tour trip, and I've never heard anyone talk about this company, but they seem expensive. I have heard about Jay Buckley trips and friends that have gone on their trips are happy with their experience. For about a grand less, you could do an eight-ballpark west coast trip with...

You conveniently left off the final sentence of that post: "In both cases in the Cutline best ball format, neither of these situations would even be a concern.". That was the point I was making. You better get a refund from that Psychiatry course you took. You're not very good at it. not at all. i h...

Re: 2 More reasons to hate starting lineups

Thanks for all the love guys ( not ). Teufel - I guess I just don't see the skill involved in setting a starting lineup for a 4-7 day period when you have no control over the unforseen circumstances that inevitably come up during that time. I do see the skill, analysis, and judgement it takes when d...

Greg - I really am not asking you to change other contests and make them all best ball. Hey, buddy - if you don't like my posts, then don't read them. So, you think that setting a starting lineup makes you a man? That's a good one. Excuse me while I laugh. As far as making the right moves, those are done when you draft the right players and target the right players in FAAB - not becaus...

Re: 2 More reasons to hate starting lineups

Not when there is a better format like the best ball format in the Cutline.

Playing fantasy baseball should be fun, not aggravating.

Having to arbirarily submit a starting lineup is not fun, too often aggravating, and is too luck related.

More starting lineup turnoffs tonight. I benched Brandon Crawford and Makiel Franco for various reasons. So far tonight: Crawford = 2 for 4, HR, 3 RBI, 2 RUNS Franco = 4 for 4, HR, 4 RBI, 2 RUNS Clearly, I am not omniscient, nor should I have to be. You should get the best stats from amongst ALL of ...

2 More reasons to hate starting lineups

Ken Giles just named the closer - Giles is on my bench till next Monday. Rich Hill could possibly start vs his old team Boston but no guarantee. Do I waste a lineup spot on him? It is stuff like this that is basically luck related that will turn people off from playing fantasy baseball. In both case...

How about a $ reward for anyone who discovers co

How about putting out a $ reward for anyone who discovers contest improprieties? It could be either money or a free entry in a contest. Whichever the player wants. Since it is human nature to be motivated by rewards, I bet the added incentives would increase vigilance by the contest participants, an...
