Stats!!!!!!!!

I understand there were problems this AM. But they did fix it. Now they are helping anyone that had a roster problem because of it. They said they would input any players from faab that people were locked out on. Simply email them. I dont understand the problem.... I know we were all worried earlier...

The best part is I own D wright in all but one league this year....Even better is I own garret Jones with 2 HR today in 2 leagues as well!

C'Mon David, i am pulling for you....

Wandy Rodriguez Implosion!

I do not own Wandy in any league...Not because I didnt want him, he just hasnt made my rosters this season.. But ST stats rarely mean anything. Especially for established pitchers. If anyone decided to look further into Wandy earlier, you would have realized that he has been aggressively trying to f...

Young Power/Speed Outfielders Flying Up the Boards

hey Dough B, Thats a pretty good story. :D :D Funny actually.. But I am still taking the over this year on Rios.. :D But Rios hit 19 HR in 2007 HR derby...5 rd 1, 12 rd 2 and 2 in the finals... Vlad had won it with 17 total HR, but 3 in the finals... Rios did hit 24 HR a couple years ago.... :D :D

I cant believe I am defending Alex Rios..... :D Its not like someone took David Wright with the 7th pick.....But here goes... While i cant actually say any of your assessments of Rios above are not true, I can say that just about all the young power speed guys mentioned in that same sentence come wi...

David Wright ***SLEEPER ALERT***

FWIW, this thread must have an agenda... But I am pretty sure the wording was more pun-ish... If D wright was going around the 2/3 turn, then you might onto something..But as it was already brought above, 1st rd ADP 13 isnt what i would call a sleeper.... And that was Sat league ADP...Not last weeke...

Draft Sheet from #4 Spot

I didn't want to mention it, but I will.

I heard that Chewbacca was going to qualify as a catcher in the Jedi league..

If that happens, I would probably slot him in between Abreu and Shandler...

I think Shandler at 8 is a reach!

Satellite Draft Position 13

I like the team....Quite a bit... I dont think Haren, Baker and Danks are a bad three at all. If Justin Duke can pitch 130 innings, then i like the Sp more.. My only nit pick might be HR production..In the 30 seconds I looked over the team and picks in certain rounds, the HR looked a little light......

Thoughts on my satellite team?

Now thats how to state your case in a reasonable manner! Nice counterpoints. A couple things I want to point out though. While your team isnt a total punch and Judy team and last years HR totals are nice, it is kind of selective.. Here is why. you substituted Scutaro and Rolen HR totals for Brain Ro...

Utterly Ridiculous

I can say this. if anyone had read the Rookie NFBC thread here or on mastersball, they might have prepared for a possible pitcher run ... They would have also seen that MDC and NFBC ADPs could have been thrown out the window... Some people said it was a bunch of rookie drafters that didnt follow the...

DoublePlay Team-Thoughts

Team isnt bad, but I would like it a little better if it were a 15 team league....Pitching looks solid but In a 12 team league, you couldnt do better than Shoppach and Moore at C? Aside of that it looks solid..Like it was mentioned before, You may have to play Stubbs for the Sbs instead of one other...

Thoughts on my satellite team?

I have to agree a bit.. A few problems I see.. The Power looks lacking. The corners have to be the weakest in the league I would like to see one more pitcher after Dempster. Gavin Floyd, Scott Baker type..Maybe even a Jorge De la rosa.. In the end, the others could come in though...Upside is there. ...

I will let Todd answer the last question. But In taking David wright with the 7 pick, I had to assess whether last season was a fluke or a new standard for him....I know many people that are much smarter than I can run some numbers to make a point or disprove a point. And there is nothing wrong with...
