Why Didn't I Know This BEFORE I Drafted?

In less at bats, Alberto Callaspo has more home runs (10) and rbi (51) than Brett Lawrie (9 and 43)

Eric Chavez has hit more homers (13) than Pablo Sandoval (9)

In less at bats, Gordon Beckham hit more homers (16) than Dustin Pedroia (15)

Jason Kipnis home run/rbi/sb line of 14/69/27 matches Kinsler's line of 18/71/21

Yuni Betancourt has as many homers as Howie Kendrick- 7

Wiseguy catcher picks like Santana, Wieters, McCann, Posey, and Mauer, and Napoli would all get out-homered by the likes of Pierzynski, Rosario, and Saltalamacchia

Or that Eric Kratz outhomers Alex Avila 9-8

15 right handed batters are hitting .300
Only five left handed batters are hitting .300
Is it a big advantage to be a switch hitter?
Only two switch hitters, one who cheated, Melky Cabrera, and another who is fading, Dexter Fowler (.302)

Alfonso Soriano is a 30/100 guy.
First rounders Carlos Gonzalez and Justin Upton are not.

For the first time in four years, Billy Butler may not get 60 extra base hits (53 now).
Still, it'll be considered a breakout year

Of the top 10 rbi guys in baseball, only one player (Josh Hamilton), plays for a team that would be in the playoffs were the season to end today

It's safe to say that with an impending suspension for Ryan Braun (40/27)and a sickly, minor league bound Mike Trout (27/46) during draft season, nobody foresaw these two players having the best chance at a 30/30 season.
But they do.

In less innings and in a much tougher division, David Price has as many wins and a better E.R.A. than R.A. Dickey
Dickey gets the press

R.A. Dickey's season parallels Tim Tebow's from last year

Matt Harrison's strike out to Win ratio is 7/1
Cliff Lee's strike out to win ratio is 30/1
Yes, I just made up that ratio

Vinny Rotino is not a fantasy option.
There are no numbers I can show you to make you think so.
But it is so cool that Vinny Rotino's 'walkup song' is 'Theme from The Godfather'

In April it was under 3, in May it was under 2, and in June it was under 3,
James McDonald's E.R.A., then went to over 5 in July, near 5 in August, and over 10 in September

Mark Buehrle's line- 13 W's/3.78/1.18/114 K's
Roy Halladay's line- 10 W's/4.03/1.16/122 K's

Clay Buchholz (175) has pitched over 100 more innings than Aroldis Chapman (68).
Chapman (119) has one more k than Buchholz (118)
On my tombstone-
Wait! I never had the perfect draft!
