Steps To Get Back On PlayNFBC.com For Today

Okay, by now it's obvious that we have an issue with the https://playnfbc.sportshubtech.com site. We have it fixed, but for some folks it's still not working properly.

We have an individual fix that if you still can't get on the site you can take a few simple steps to clear your computer's cache. This will get you back on the site.

This is a DNS issue that we created and while a fix was made this morning some Internet providers don't run the clear cache until tonight. We believe that the majority of people are able to get on the site and we see several people in the draft room right now and making picks. Those folks likely are tied into Comcast or another big Internet provider who cleared cache a few times already today.

If you're not getting on, it's possible that your Internet provider won't run our fix until the morning. If you're not cleared to the site now please try these steps below and you should get on. I did it in 2 minutes and am back on now:

Here you go:
On windows, through the Start menu - use the Search to find CMD - open that
type ipconfig /flushdns

On a mac:
Search for terminal in the search bar at top - open
type ipconfig /flushdns

That will flush out our old cache that caused the problem and link you to the site. The draft rooms are working and running as is. That has never been the problem. But pointing everyone to the right URL is now the problem. Flush out the old cache and you will be good to go for current drafts and back on the site.
