I'm not getting in, site still down.

I accessed briefly. Just long enough to adjust my queue, but everything is down again now. The clock was running in my draft.

EDIT: Both drafts operational now. Our long nightmare (that we mostly slept through) is over. Go hug someone you love.

Sorry everyone, but the site is fixed and now everyone is getting back in at different times. We are looking at every Draft Champions league and rolling back any auto-picks. It's easy to see by the times who got auto-picked and we are correcting. If we see more in the next hour we will roll back those picks.

Sucks that anything technically happens and we apologize. We know what the problem is and will fix so it never happens again. Sorry, sorry, sorry. We will all be back online within the hour.

I can’t even make it to the home page yet. Was checking my WiFi half the morning until I realized everything else works fine

yep...still no access to my draft or home page

I’m getting different results with different browsers trying to access the site on my iPhone.

Safari = No
Chrome = Partial
Puffin = Yes
Dolphin = No
Firefox = No

Try a browser other than the one you used which couldn’t load the page. Or try clearing the cache, etc.

I’m not worried Greg, you guys have already proven to fix errors in drafts quickly and efficiently....Seriously does Darik ever sleep? Or is he some Tron/Jarvis/Skynet-like program you created that lives in draft rooms?

Why not just pause all drafts until Issue is resolved. People who may have had access make a pick, not knowing about issue, now the pick gets rolled back, they don’t know they are on clock and time out getting someone they don’t want. Just pause everything.

Yes, we will look to do that. I'm posting a fix soon.

Okay, here is the workaround to get back on the site if you're still unable to do so. It will take about 2 minutes to do and you won't have any problems going forward. We apologize profusely for this, but hopefully you will be back and drafting soon:

Here you go:
On windows, through the Start menu - use the Search to find CMD - open that
type ipconfig /flushdns

On a mac:
Search for terminal in the search bar at top - open
type ipconfig /flushdns

That will flush out our old cache that caused the problem and link you to the site. The draft rooms are working and running as is. That has never been the problem. But pointing everyone to the right URL is now the problem. Flush out the old cache and you will be good to go for current drafts and back on the site.

Okay, Tom, Darik and myself are watching all 40+ Draft Champions Leagues that are ongoing right now. We have rolled back all of the requested picks so far. If we missed anyone's please let us know. We are also watching the clock of every draft and if it looks like someone is going to time out we will roll it back. We can see who is and who isn't in the draft rooms and we certainly don't want anyone getting an auto pick because we screwed up.

We don't want to pause every single Draft Champions League because it's obvious that many people are still in the draft rooms and making picks. So we will monitor these as best we can and make sure no one times out today. And we'll start to email most of you to give you directions on the work around for today. At the very least, every Internet provider will flush out our old cache overnight and we'll back to where we should be by then.

Sorry, sorry, sorry about this, but hopefully this quick workaround allows everyone else to get back on the site. Thanks all for your patience and sorry about this.
