SOLD OUT: NFBC $1,000 Draft Champions League 2

Post by Greg Ambrosius » Wed Nov 29, 2017 8:21 am

The NFBC has three price levels in the NFBC Draft Champions National Championship, with each league no matter the price paying the same amount to the overall prize pool. Some folks like to play for more league money, so we first set up $400 Draft Champions Leagues. And recently we've added a $1,000 entry point, which allows owners to battle for an $8,000 league prize while still battling for the $30,000 grand prize.

We will likely set up one late February $1,000 DC League like we have since Max Ogden requested it years ago, so look for that timeline coming soon. But we found last year that there was interest for another format, this one that drafts once it fills. Again, the $8,000 league prize gives this one even more to play for.

Just remember that this year when you sign up for a Draft Champions league that KDS preferences will run 15 minutes after the league sells out. The draft will start one hour after the league fills. If a league fills after 10 pm ET, it will start the next day at 9 am ET. Plan accordingly everyone.

We ask everyone who enters these Draft Champions Leagues to be prepared to draft and to show respect for their fellow owners. Please check out this thread for some of the DC Etiquette we propose and then enjoy your time in this format:

Yes, this should be a must, and we do run it as a faster $1000, but not quite as fast as a Fast DC. It would be good to set a draft start date for this one as well so we can all plan accordingly as this will be the height of the draft season by the time we usually do this one.

Yes, that league is on registration with the February date. This is a different league. This one will start after it sells out.

Is this league 4 hours or 8 hours per pick? The rules say 8 but the forum says 4.
