Final ADP's

Post by Blowinmudd » Mon Apr 06, 2015 5:49 am

I would be interested in seeing some of the players that had the biggest changes in their ADP's now that the drafts are all done.
In guessing Kris Bryant had the biggest increase in his ADP.

Had a blast drafting in my first Main Event.
Hopefully I put that FREE DFS entry to good use.
I'll be happy to just compete with the 14 other guys I drafted with.

The answer is Mookie Betts was closer to 40 than his ADP of like 100 or whatever... lol

What I usually do is take ADP snapshots throughout March so I can find the ADP over various blocks of time. For instance, I had a draft yesterday and used the ADP for March 28th til April 4th. Takes about 2 minutes of calculating to get the data. No need to guess at trends, you can see in black and white what players cost over precise periods of time. Works well drafting right before the season because there are a ton of drafts, and tons of ADP data, so that a one week span is plenty big in terms of sample size.

Then again, when you use that data to draft Joaquin Benoit mere hours before the Kimbrel trade, any gains are immediately lost!
