I'd be fine to use the queue for a pick.
My vote on KDS… sooner the better.

Guys, we will set this league up on Registration right now as a $150 DC Express League with a starting date of Friday, March 14th at 1 pm ET. Once we get the 15 signups we will close this out. Set your KDS preferences tonight and look for draft spots tomorrow morning. The league will start at 1 pm ET on Friday.

We CAN NOT stop the draft at night. Sorry. There isn't software that stops drafts at night. Whoever has the last pick of the night should put players in his Que and NOT click 1 Round Auto. Just let 4 hours pass before your pick and the same with the next guy. In two picks it will go through 8 hours. I don't know how else to do this other than to set it up for more than 4 hours and you guys agree to pick within 4 hours during the day. We could set it up for 6 hours a pick that way.

Full names provided in the first post of this thread for the people below will be a huge help. That way we can make sure no one signs up who isn't supposed to be in this league. Thanks.

Try now Shawn. Be sure to select March 14. I had to open the first Express we had in January in order to get this new one put on registration. But it's working now.

This is set up as an 8-hour slow draft. That is the only way we can do it. You guys will be on your own to make the picks in the 4-hour window.

Ok guys. The league is set up, see Tom's post above with info how to register. Given we're all 'like-minded' in so much we signed up for a 2 or 4 hour DC this 8 hour format should only help re sleeping hour time outs. Let's still aim for 2 hours or less

We should exchange cell #s in the league chat room to help move things along. Let's see if we can get this wrapped up by very early next week.

I'll send everyone a PM to signup.

FYI - I was in the 5 round DC. The vast majority of guys were excellent keeping things going, a few owners unfortunately always had the clock pause on them. Let's just communicate if we can't be around, family first and all that stuff obviously but we have a queue to utilize and you can also easily pick from your cell.

That sounded like a great format. This is the less organized version! Hopefully we'll keep a good pace, if not this will turn into an express DC as we approach opening day.

I read a while back they were speeding up the clock on a 8-hour DC where the drafters were really slow making picks.

Is STATS able to speed up our clock as soon as it starts or will it really be all on us to be speedy?

I think it's in us - unless it looks like the league is t going to wrap up in time they'll move the clock down
