Space between participants
Nah, all that tells you is that I'm old enough to know that show first-hand, which I think first aired in 1978 when I was a college boy. Didn't get that one off Nick At Nite, that's for sure. I was a radio-TV major at the time and I wanted a job like that and a secretary like Loni Anderson. None of ...

And don't you hate it when the big fat guy always draws the middle seat in a plane next to you? I'm flying to Houston tomorrow and I'm sure that will happen. I'm not sure about the tape on the tables, but I'll ask Les Nesman of WKRP if he can tape out an imaginary office for me in each city. Serious...

Okay, now I'm not making this up. Three in the last hour. If we could keep that average going for the next 56 days, ah, we'd fill this baby up and then some!!! Let's welcome Aaron Seefeldt of Northbrook, Ill., who will be drafting in the NFBC in Chicago. Welcome aboard Aaron as you're part of a grow...

The Windy City is receiving some snow today, but that hasn't stopped people from signing up for the NFBC and thinking about warmer days ahead. Phil Smith and his son Eric will travel over to the Rosemont Convention Center to participate in an NL-only Auction League. We're a little light with registr...

There will be room for two chairs per team. I just got out my trusty tape measure and that leaves about 3-4 feet per team. Nobody wider than that is allowed at the table, especially with a co-manager. Seriously, I'm sure there will be room for laptops and the like and if you're drafting alone there ...

The overall grand prize doesn't reflect which way of acquiring MLB players is the best. It's just that it would be impossible to hold auctions across the country and then have everyone compete for the same grand prize. First of all, you have two different set of auction leagues: AL-only and NL-only....
