Problem with betting the Brewers, at least on the sites I use for gambling, is that you're supposed to pick teams that win. Other than that, the Brewers are great

Signup List For 2006 NFBC Satellite Leagues
I'm glad you're signing up for the 28th $ 250 league. While the other satellite leagues seem to all be filled, or almost filled, there are only 6, or I guess 7 now, signed up for this $ 250 Feb 28th.

That's right ! Do not stump on this site...whether on your way to casting a YES vote, or departing, having just cast your YES vote.

Rating the NFBC drafts
That data is weak and off base The baseline data is invalid. It's not based on anything worthy of a unit of measurement, thus invalidating the entire presentation, relegating it to what it in fact is, a bunch of meaningless numbers I'm in Chicago 2 and I drafted in Vegas last year ( in a league spri...

Hey Mr. Ambrosius, It's 7pm Central and my free agents are still sitting, waiting to be processed. I see from your post above that the league free agents are being currently processed....understandable working a new system.... it looks like I could still alter my free agent list, an hour past the de...

Why the auction drafts were better
See the NFL draft coming up this April....why don't they bid on the players instead of draft them ? Why ? BECAUSE THAT WOULD BE UNREALISTIC AND STUPID ! I wouldn't start a subject like this one, where you look to downgrade what some people do to make yourself feel better. You do what you like, other...

Good ruling.
FYI - If it was assumed Reyes was a 2nd baseman it was in spite of the 5 or 6 of us who spoke up loudly that he WASN'T..... when he was announced at 2B.
You guys running things are doing great with a huge job. Thanks

LEAGUE # 1, DRAFTING # 1
In more than 100 leagues we have NEVER drafted first. This was long overdue. Looking forward to battling the current champions. Should be fun. Best of luck. I hope the player we want is still available when we pick

Well you didn't dispute a single issue I brought up...you just spouted more republican hatred...and then act like your proud of yourselves for being ignorant. More's the pity.

I've heard Danny Ainge might be trying on pinstripes in the near future. He was briefly a 3rd sacker for Toronto....and he needs a place to hide from the Celtics fans who'd love to thank Mr. Ainge for the wonderful jobs he's doing as the Celtics GM

FYI Greg, I was only messing with this topic, as I found it to be glaringly bold, and even more glaringly wrong. It's all opinions..... but auctions...and leagues that ignore half the players...they're unrealistic and silly. I wouldn't pull this out just for the sake of it, that would be rude...but ...

So are you talking about league winners receiving $ 10,000 for example, if the amount of teams go up....everything going up but the grand prize ?

I've never played in a league that was won in the first 10 rounds......it's the last 19 rounds that have made the difference, it's diamonds for everybody rounds 1 thru 10 ( barring injury or Cub fans involved in the draft ), but in the later rounds the well studied draft diamonds, the others draft s...
