So would it be at the discretion of the Official scorer?? How did Rizzo end up with 2b eligibility in so many leagues last year wasn't it a similar situation where he was only moving for a shift??

I think having Choices is the key. There are people who in enjoy taking their time and not feeling rushed and there are people who feel the faster the better. IMO having Options at sign up to matchup like minded drafters(time wise) would be the only solution that would actually solve anything. Right...

While, I agree that Rajai's ADP is low and Marte's is a lil too high.
